I think the stats should focus around making the medic able to stay on the battle field longer.
for instance:

Takes 15% less damage from all sources when active
Increased healing
Uber builds slower
10-15% speed reduction
maybe a slower weapon swap as well this is a heavy duty medigun.

and uber could be something like the shield from mvm but only a 75% chance to block projectiles and no damage to enemies passing through. I would say 100% but we dont need another short circuit.

The intent is to fight beside them and what better way for the medic to do that than being able to help hold the line in the way he knows how.

This thing has a really cool look to it. It looks like something the Demo or the Pyro would use; but it still looks really sweet on the medic. I love the industrial look to it.

it looks like a weapon as well as a medigun maybe make it that its like a lazer that damages enamys but at a low damage like the flamethrowers but no after burn but it heals teamates but with a slower heal rate with less healing then the normal medigun and mabey it will give mini crits like the kritskrieg but with a lower uber time or if no lower ubet time then a lower time to build up the uber

Updated the mod!

-Fixed some missing faces and broken smoothing on the connectors underneath the front plate.

-Fixed the handle not moving with Medic's hand since the Love and War update.

-Added killstreak sheen support.

-Added the ability to replace the Medigun, and removed the option to only replace the Kritzkrieg.
The new Medigun version replaces both weapons and has a new skin for the Kritzkrieg version.
The new Medigun/Kritzkrieg replacement version doesn't include LODs.

-Fixed the weapon not glowing when the user has a Kritzkrieg.

-Fixed console spam when using the Kritzkrieg version.
