Also it supports custom skins on physgun, like golden, techno or whatever changes the texture, not model. Though skin support is not perfect

but if you look at the default viewmodel, a chunk of the top right middle part is missing.
this is a thing VALVE does with there viewmodels in hl2. (like how the Pistol looks D E F O R M E D)
I think it's just that Valve stretched the viewmodel forward to make it look like worldmodel, because if they had kept the viewmodel length the same as worldmodel, the FOV of 54 of viewmodel would make it look too short - and now every gravity gun remake that I can find uses the distorted viewmodel as reference for the gun's length... ._.
I feel like one could even meme about this, like this:
