I too would like to have an Arbiter voice mod, cuz i don't wanna keep using the funny monotone voice for him. also, would it be a stretch to ask for the other two arbiters we have? the one from halo wars and the one from halo legends?

I started using the Xcom 2 Alternative launcher seem to fix the issue.

I'll probably have to just figure out how to make a WotC version to solve the issues people have been having, a recent update seems to have mucked with some things.

did this voice pack for anyone stop working for WOTC cause it worked just fine up until recent same with some other voice mods I used?

It may have been a base/core game bug or glitch. i finaly had given up and got highlander that quite a few mods require so i could finish my mod set and suddenly Arbiter voice showed up. also added some other mods but none were bug/ui/voicepacks

Not sure what the issue you're having is @Dusk Shadow, I am running several different voicepacks (Queek's Sangheili for instance) in addition to the Arbiter and it all seems to be working fine. Still, I'll try to push a WotC version once I sort out how that works, maybe it'll help.

Cant seem to find his voice anywhere in my WoTC, i also have one other voice pack that is a Prodject Yi Voicepack. it might be a conflict between the wotc Yi and your not specificly for WoTC Arbiter, if so its likely your arbiter works when its alone but WoTC voices take priority from it. i checked spark(has Yi) Female (none) male(Yi) Reaper female(none) Male (Yi) Templar Female (none) male(yi) etc. basicly spark and all male have Yi and normals but no arbitor, female ave nothing extra.

This does work with WotC, since that's primarily what I play. I'm not sure how to export a specifically WotC version, since this is all pretty new to me.
