I'm having the same problem. Buildings are going to vanilla models after maxing out.

(yeah, I know you both posted back in Mar '22, and Oct '22, but you could always make your own, by using assets from this style and then add commercial/offices to it to create your own?

@mattiapapi: Dependant on what mods you are using, the assets may have to be activated in the content manager. Loading Screen Mod maybe might help if you don't want to do it manually.

hi, i'm subscribed, i'v got all assets. it just doesn't work? When i set the district theme all assets result NOT LOADED. why?
