this mod is dead, someone can take it over if they want. i am currently battling stage 3 cancer so I dont have time for this sort of thing anymore unfortunately. I love kenshi though and hope someone continues where i left off.

what are the buildings in the misty lands? when editing the world, the game tells me that they are from this mod. Can I remove these buildings without consequences? these buildings are on my usual place of buildings

i managed to unlock glass production, and build the glass furnace and glassware bench, and can buy raw glass bits from shops,
but im not able to place down the building to Dig For Sand.

it shows a green placement area in build mode, but when i click confirm, i dont see any plans or anything to interact with. can this be done? what does sand look like :)

this was to the west of the Hub (which looks all sandy and gets dust storms), if you look down on the Hub with the Bar to the north, and pan left a bit past the stairs and slopes.

i looked at the mod files and it mentions "sun bleached fibres?" maybe the fibres just need to be dropped and left out in the sun but im not sure - ill ask around elsewhere too :)

i managed to get the Hemp boiler (making hemp fibers)

the Paper Screening Bench seems to need "bleached fibers" and im missing the middle step but not sure where to find the bleacher?

yea this mod is missing a lot of things the bleaching machine is missing there is no way to forage for bee's it seems like a lot of stuff is either broken or incomplete, i feel like i just wasted ten hours building all the machines and devices and maybe half of the categories have proccessing devices or digging tools ect that are missing, is there a complete version of this mod cuz if not thats fine, i just hope others read through the comments like i failed to before trying out this mod, it broke the pathing of my game btw constantly had to import my previous saves.

i found how to create paper, but there is a machine missing (or i can't find it) : the fiber bleaching bench. Wich allows you to make the fibers white and thus, make paper out of this

@Xero Sorry for not commenting earlier, just got back to playing kenshi. Yes I'm having the bee foraging bug that you were talking about. Actually, I don't think the bug ever went away since last time I posted about it. Pop-up saying "No valid usage nodes" whenever I try placing Forage for Bees in the build menu. If you need me to do anything or upload a safe file, just ask! Happy to help!

would it be possible to add hydroponics for all of the new crops?

are you unable to place the foraging station mechanically? the idea is that you're supposed to be able to place it anywhere in terms of game mechanics, however for purposes of roleplay i would place it in a biome that has trees or something

@Xero Sorry no its not that, Im having trouble finding where to establish the foraging station, still havent found the right 'node' to attach to. Im wondering if I should be looking for a beehive in the wild to collect from or is there a specific region that just 'has' bees?

bees natruly spit its called a swarm the other tecnek is where you split the colany in 2 half stays with the original queen the other half is put is a diffrent hive and moved so that they dont go back to the original site.there is a simler one to the split swarm that is where you have a bought in queen sprayed with suger sprey or the bees from the split is above with paper between wit ha small hole in. the monks used to find bees in the woods and put them in skeps unforchanly they have to destroy the skep to the the honey often killing the colany.

Are you saying the foraging station isnt producing any bees? If so, that sounds like a bug.

I've browsed a couple wikipedia articles on Bee history and beekeeping itself now and I'm still drawing a blank on where to source the little things from. Can I get a hint to where I should be looking? Under rocks and in trees just isn't getting me anywhere.

i am a beekeeper and the prosesss isent exactly compleat in extraction as well there could be a list of meads and many difrent meladons as well as cut comb and uses for wax. honey can also be used for to heal cuts and improves the imune system (heather honey) hence honey and lemon drinks and banadages are have a pad on impregnated with heather honey. the prosess of extracting honey starts with the frame a blade for decapping knife heated to cut through the comb cappings then the put in the extractor (a crentrufge that spins the honey out )the honey colects at the bottom once full the honey is put in a bucket through a dubblel fillter then jars and labels.
