@Sux, If you read the title of the addon, it's a reupload. He did not make it, he simply reuploaded it for others. Anyone can extract and reupload an addon.

@RuneGalin I mean you made the thing you should know how to fix a simple thing or you could change the textures for the skin it's self example: the citizen models like the heads and hands.
