Not in SFM. I think you need to decompile the model, import it to another program (like Blender) and then recompile it after adding AO, which is not a hassle I want to deal with.

No I can't. If you want it to look proper, you need to use the basic player model.

Check my response to MrMozzie. It's either that, or the player model having missing bones. If a bone isn't locked to something when you Zero it out, it deforms.

That's because they are meant for usage by default player models, not the higher quality HWM models. There's nothing I can do on my end regarding that. Sorry.

I told you, when zeroing the item, have everything except the forearms selected. (look at what bones aren't locked, and deselect them before zeroing out the cosmetic)
