very small optimization posted, changed the callback to only on game start so the mod doesn't spam a useless callback for the rest of the run.

For some reason I'm now getting a random item instead of spider mod on the start room

works for me with other mods that alter the starting room, and thank you because "classic spidermod" dosnt like "starting items"
