This mod might break the current game.

All the prisoners that came into my prison come with the "escape artist" and "pick pocket" and "workaholic" traits. The moment I disable it, all the prisoners come with different traits.

there's a prison in Cuba called Presidio Modelo pretty sure that's the one hes talking about, it was used to hold political rivals and anyone that spoke out against communism.

I think he is looking for a / to make a recreation of that Cuban prison where the cells are placed so you cant talk with other cells, and you don't even know if the guards are looking at you during lunch. I think its a Ultra Max facility for political/government prisoners

i was rambling and ithink of political persioners i thinkof that old thing of a tall round persion that had its cells so that your basicly couldent speak and you ushered your self and even lunch it as quiet and it was a scarry place to be in as you dent know if the gards wore looking at you or not
