Still alive, thank you for your concern. Just done with modding. This mod is more or less in vanilla now as well. Someone else ported the collars to newer versions so best to ask there if that's what you want from this mod

whenever i activate the mod and start up any save/ new world every single pawn doesn't want to do anything. Like when they crash land because i made a new world to test out the bug i tried to get them to chop a tree and even tried to get the pawns to prioritize chopping the tree but nothing popped up and they didn't want to chop the tree either, and this doesn't just not work on trees, ive tried on my other saves to make them do something but they just give up and become idle

The author pretty much disappeared off of the internet, as his github/steam doesn't exist but the forks of his github does where it shows up to a point of where the mod was where other people did various fixes or language conversions of it.


MarkSill was the 1.2 porter as far as i can tell.

I checked my save file and it matches <packageId>syl.simpleslavery</packageId> as the modlist ID so it's the same mod as far as i know. so that should work for you.

if no 1.3 use character editor to enslave a pawn, might require dev mode but it get the job done without the mod.

so i havnt been able to find an answeer for this, and it isnt up there on the FAQ, but i cant figure out how to activate electric and explosive slave collars, anyone have an answer? or am i just missing something obvious. thanks guys.

This mod doesn't work. It causes my colonists to do nothing but eat, sleep, and wander around. They won't build anything at all.

I feel some lunatics are gathered here. The quests are boring, all the items something like from the mods, the psionics are worse than the ones in the mods, and only the clusters of mechanoids are good ... and no, they are not so big problem since I'm mainly on my spaceship.

If i buy you the DLC will you update mod? lol

Yea ngl, I really have enjoyed Royalty myself. Empire + psychic abilities is a pretty cool aspect. Not to mention mech clusters and the new questing system. A cup of coffee can be around 5 dollars sometimes. This DLC and all its enjoyment I've gotten out of it was worth 4 cups of coffee. I'd make that deal any day. I will admit that some developers really push it COUGH EA, but I hope that Tynan will make sure to focus more on the community. So far he's done that, and therefore I'm fine with it.

also im okay with supporting the developer that way, thinking that ive put hundrets of hours into this game :P

@tomibgt I know about this Royal, but it’s not DLC, rather looks like a not very bad mod which costs a lot of money. Just install Save our Ship 2 and forget about Tynans mod... "dlc".

Rimworld's latest big new this is Rimworld Royal, which can be purchased as a DLC for the Rimworld. It's still Rimworld 1.1, but with a quite a bit of some sorts of new things, such as royal titles and shuttlecrafts and stuff. Ziehn's promise there is to have 1.1 compatibility, but not (necessarily, or at least particularily) Royal compatibility.

The unofficial update is officially breaking the game, it cannot be used.
This mod is one of literally 5 out of my 250 modlist that I can't finally take with me to 1.1 at the moment...

The unofficial update is abandoned. They're not working on it anymore. The title says [INACTIVE].
