I am aware the problem was that Cities Skylines did not like my thumbnail but thanks will figure it out.

You can change thumbnail anytime. Subscribe to your model, locate it in Content Manager and click on Update. Then by clicking on little folder in the corner you can change or edit steam thumbnail pic.

I greatly apologize for the bad thumbnail but the game could not upload with thumbnail.
