Phillippe, quand vous creez un nouveau monde, vous povez selectionner "Advanced" et votre mods et la. Si vous voulez jouer avec ce mod dans un monde vieux, en "Load Game", vous pouvez pousser la button plus, et utilise ce mod.

Sorry if my French was dodgy, and I also couldn't be bothered to do accents. When creating a new world, select Advanced, and you can add mods there. To add it to a savegame, go to the menu, select load game and the savegame you want, then there will be a plus button to add mods.

千葉 大五郎, your going to have to be more specific with what the issue is. Its probably an issue with another mod because this mod is just a edited version of the default no costs mod that comes with the game.
