Alright, the problem seemed to be that the original TFA-VOX upload is gone. However, someone kindly re-uploaded it, and the voices for Christian, as well as Painis and MeeM and working. You'll just need to subscribe to the new upload (now linked as a required addon again), and re-bind the speech dial (if you used that). Thank you for commenting about this, otherwise I would not have noticed! :winter2019happybulb:

@SniperScream Sorry it's not working :( There's a chance the TFA-VOX is broken. I am not really sure though, as I haven't played Garry's Mod in a while. If I have time later I can reinstall everything and check if it works on my end.

what happened to The voice mod thing for both Painis cupcake and Christian Brutal Sniper? i recently tried to use them, because i still have both the voice mods for them subscribed, but the voice aren' working, like they're not saying anything when I used them before. But since i haven't used them in a long time, the character voices don't say anything for some reason. are these outdated possibly? i'm not sure. just curious.?

@Bendy49 Go to the TFA-VOX Player Callouts mod, and watch the video that's there. Basically, you're gonna need to bind the menu to a key. I have mine bound to "N".
