It might be the alternate camera mod, it shifts the angle so it's slightly offset from the player. But it may also just be the screenshot, can't remember.

You’ve got to hold the left mouse button to perform the animation

That's why it's not the combat animation, it's the threat animation... now you can readjust your grip on the hilt while also stretching your arms and relieving the pressure on your hand to ready yourself for the next fight...

That, and that it's a video game and an idea I came up with around 6 years ago and got round to completing in one day...

It would be better if it would replace the sword unleashing animation, but Its still good.
