nevermind its number 2 then it should move with ur mouse. if it doesnt work the first or second time give it some time cause its rotors and tank turrets arent vanilla

press one of the buttons on the toolbar with the rotor icon (i think its like number 4 or number 6) then just move ur mouse around and it should all move

oh yeah, you'll need to enable supergrids in the advanced settings of your world. Most of my vehicles have supergrid flight seats.
