this is honestly great. me and some mates are having a blast playing this, cheers for putting the work into translating this. also i have two questions, will you update this version to 4.5 like the rus one? if so would you have a estimated time of it being completed?

Actually, Fallout was planned to use GURPS system, so you may try that as well.

Theirs not really set rules it's mostly what the DM wants to have but I did include a few notecards by the DMs table that explains a few things for the weapons and actions.
