damienm, when you install it, it will only replace your hat. to everyone else, it will be the hat that you replaced.

@Ruskeydoo: The Bowler look slightly too small for the Heavy, is this intentional?

After I googled for pictures of various styles of real Bowler hats [www.picstopin.com], I noticed that their brims can be flat or slightly curved but all Bowler brims are rolled up around the rim.

Maybe the rim of the TF2 model could be slightly thicker, or rolled up and inwards, to simulate this look?
