I actually live here ! great looking map

Pretty good map of Wheeling, (also the only map of Wheeling I could find) but I did change some things in the map editor, like the river was the ocean so it didn't flow, the highway was a two way road in some places instead of being a one way road, and I could NOT load it without loading it into the map editor first, but overall it's a good map.

Building anything in WV would be hellish... Them rolling foothills be rolling. Love it.

i have family in New Cumberland, WV which is also on the Ohio, i can tell you for a fact this is pretty accurate, good job

all these comments about wheeling being a little town, its odd hearing that, knowing wheeling used to be a booming semi major city. also ee! i made one of these myself a while ago but it needs redone so whatever, but its nice seeing another map of my hometown

BadWolf: I was having a similar problem as you. I was able to fix it by going into the Network Extensions options and enabling all the different types of roads, etc. available. The map works for me now.

i checked that. they're all installed. i manually disabled and renabled everything with no luck. all assets for this map, and subassets are installed.

BadWolf: Make sure you have Network Extensions and all the required assets.

okay i cant even build roads and where there's supposed to be a river there is nothing. idk what to do

Deus EX: before i click to play on it it says the custom map theme is missing. when i play there are no road connections, and the square looks as if it's missing all textures

BadWolf: its because you threatened to nuke them. But in all seriousness, awesome map. Looking forward to dotting the region with individual trailer parks and coal mines.

Parkerburg. Camp there when I was a kid. Boat and ski around the island. Camping ground was on the opposite side of the Wheeling Flood wall. Been 30 years can't remember much. Other than Barges and leeches. Got this in my Favorite. My PC can't handle the Network Ext2

I think you're referring to the "national highway.

I don't know if you know this, but the main highway heading into the starting square is two sets of two-lane highways. Other than that I love it!

There's not really a way to change it and I didn't know which way it flowed. Either way, please enjoy.

This map looks great and I plan on building on it, but I do it in protest. The river is flowing the wrong way.

I'll check it out and let you know if I end up making it. I like the smaller maps as well - the only downside is it usually takes a lot of trees to finish it.

I like the smaller town maps that you have been doing. Could I request one from Missouri? I think Warsaw, built with its dam, would be a fun map.
