@Doral D @Clay Forester actually they would. In fact it's far mroe likely than what we do see since most of the rag tag groups would die fast leaving only those who are well trained or organized (hopefully both) The man power part is kinda of thier whole thing. They are supposed to be hidden and working in the shadows. The only thing they don't due is dye thier clothes black. As for reasouces. They have explosives, as well as internal guys (like barney) to get them stuff. All they would need are any vets from the 7 hour war (or thier descendents those that they trained). Which I think they would have, we mainly don't see it for a vast number of reasons. The number one being that for rebels in any universe they usually have a more "earthy" tone. Hence the green and clothes etc.

tbh this wouldn't be good lore wise, the resistance wouldn't really have the resources to have a spec ops. nor the manpower. I know I'm kind of a heck.
