It's been awhile since I've worked on this. I have no idea how upgrades work at the moment. I might look into it, but no promises.

Best item on the workshop, have loved playing with the Arwing ingame its so much fun. Would be interested to see an update with some upgrades in aerolab to durability stats.

By using a separate element and mesh for each control surface.
As for the swing wings, there's a "Custom Swing Wing" script for that.

First mod aero I've seen to have working control surfaces, as well as one of a slim few to have variable sweep wings.

I'm curious how you did it.

I've no idea... You on windows? I know it works on my computer, so maybe it's an OS thing, 'cause unity makes different assets for linux and mac. I can try reinstalling the linux or mac kits if you are.
