causes black hole generator issue with NSC (regardless load order)

@Nade the mod maker is either oblivious or doesnt care, as ive stated several months ago and it still has not been fixed, preventing any of his mods from being usable in my playthroughs

wont work on the nsc only see black boxes on the ship designer

can you make a compat patch for both nsc and starbase extended? when I run with both mods and mod patches enabled I dont see the starbase extended on the starbases

this feels pretty close to what i've always wanted to do. i've a faily simple concept mod from many versions ago lol
