yo since you like modding could you maybe add a mod that removes all wasteland provinces and replaces them with small colonizable provinces so when you are trying to make a long coastline empire for example at eastern sahara you wont just get the giant east sahara wasteland province without wanting to it is especially annoying in custom nation creator

@kaba oh, mea culpa, i thought we were on my copy of the mod. Sorry. Kaba, i have published an update to this mod that was still working last i checked, hence why i soudned so hostile, people complain that because i havent update the version number, the mod has stopped working, but it still is, so i invite you to come use my verison

I don't know how to get the link to my own mod, just click on my username and go to my workshop page and you'll find it.

Hope a reupload or something like Energywelder's fix comes along soon enough since it seems like the author is busy with life.

I have personally updated this mod to be compatible with 1.30.* with no real problems. I will be posting the link here after 5pm EST

Some provinces are glitched and send armies to china- sorta sucks cause you also can't select the armies in the area, you actually have to go to china and make a selection box to select your army... Also who knows where the enemy armies are cause you can't even see them. Needs a patch, until then you shouldn't use this mod and end up wasting 3 hours on a campaign to realise the map is glitched like I did. Unless you don't care about the bug

Speaking of trying to patch this mod, what are provinces 4728,4715,4713,4693,4669,and 4664? They are defined by your mod in one or 2 places but not all of them, and don't appear in the game, but i'm positive are breaking my game

This mod is in fact broken, which is annoying, but it can be fixed by patching in the 12ish provinces that are missing from the various files

@Total Tophat: Oh, that's potentially useful information, does it say anything besides that?

I love this mod, but I've made it up to 1509, and it just continuously crashes at random points, no obvious reason why, just general crashes. Checked the logs and it seems to be an issue with cap_verde_area and guinea_region

As for my last comment, I fixed it by conquering a path to their coast

I'm playing as Tunis and I own and core Djanet, I attacked Sus who owned Tafilalt and Saoura and conquered both and vassal Sus. Game keeps crashing everytime I do it. I think it's because my only core next to the conquered provinces is added by the mod. Could you look into it?

When i colonize it dies

A lot of people are saying that the mod doesn't work. It works fine for me, so unfortunately I'm not sure what's causing the crashes on other people's machines and I have no idea how to fix it.

If anybody is experiencing crashes with this mod, please send me a crash log if you can.

this mod doesnt work for me. When i launch the game with the mod, sahara is still a boring wasteland

This looks cool. Came here to look for a wet Sahara mod after watching some YouTube videos on the topic. I think it's hypothesised that there'd be more and much larger lakes too.
