I'm gonna have to agree with The Sunny Gentleman. Those stats are spot on, and match up with the set. But we already have a drink that gives a damage boost (Crit-A-Cola), so I've suggested some stats to make it more like a defensive drink/snack.

Saxton's Spinach
On use it will give the user 50 health, +25% damage resistance, and +15% movement speed. Drink lasts for 10 seconds, and takes 25 seconds to recharge.

Although these are personal, I am not sure about the 50 health back part.
I don't want to sound desperate, but VALVE PLEASE LOOK AT THIS!!!

The Shark-n-awe Possible Stats
Right click to spray water which will wet enemies and cool downs for 10 seconds
25% Damage to wet enemies
-15% Damage

The Saxton's Spinach Possible Stats
Once consumed it will give the user a 50% damage bonus for 30 seconds and show muscles on the user's arms to identify other people that it is being used

Right click to have a scope much like the sniper's
-15% Damage
-15% Firing speed
