Enabling it afterward is what I did. Anyway it is not such a big issue
I am aware of the problem and was able to reproduce it myself. Unfortunatly the only fix i can come up with is removing my rocks from the generator stage, which means no sexy rocks for generating the landscape. Dirty fix for all users is to just enable the sexy rock mod after you have generated the landscape

Possibly. I have not been able to recreate the bug with my mod setupt. But you can solve the issue by either loading the mod after you have generated your map or loading it on the bottom of your load order.

I wish making pretty maps like yours was a little bit easier though. Don't have the patience to sit and decore an entire map for hours, I would rather see my trains passing by. Even though I know it's way easier and cheaper than making your own model railroad. Have you considered releasing a guide about map decoration?
