Cool, but can we get it for the scout too?

i think it should be a weapon not a cosmetic item but anyway its a cool idea for item in game.
Suggested stats(if it would be an item):
+80% fall damage reduction.
+After fall character will make a little bounce
+ -50% damage from your own explosions
-No primary weapon
- -15% character speed
It would be in primary weapon slot.

This should be made into a weapon, similar to the Bootlegger and Ali Baba's Wee Booties, except it absorbs explosive damage and fall damage instead of whatever the Boots do
