Tentacle spots are VERY close to non-renewable without wickerbottom, and they're necessary for extremely important things such as the bird hat that you use when hunting birds nonstop to summon krampus to try and get the sack while you wait for a full moon!
And now every walter needs a tentacle spot to get what I've gathered is THE ONLY slingshot band upgrade besides the basic pig skin one!

No if you can't kill a werepig then you're garbage at the game, plain and simple. I could kill one easily even as a 10-year-old kid. WORST case scenario you tank it. If you have ANY skills at all, you can take one down with any weapon at all and just dodge all of its attacks.

#johsir maybe its just maybe beceause some peopole like me can't kill even a single one wherepig without dying at least 4 times beceause they go on a fight or flight mode and don't have a fight mode, there are others strugling with a pack of hounds out there you know?

anyways i think its not a great mode for preserving ressources but it would help sometimes

This thing is much worse than a ham bat (assuming it does the same damage) in every way... I don't understand why you would want to use a nearly non-renewable resource to make a ham bat when you could just feed a pig 4 monster meat, and kill the werepig. Bam, you get an easy ham bat for nearly every character.

Since it uses inferior materials actually it should do less damage and rot faster than original hambat. It should be like a snack day 1 weapon like an alternative to the original spear.
It would be like webbers day 1 weapon and alternative to wigfrids day 1 spear, but obv less damage, since webber still can control spider etc

Giving it buffs into dark sword or batilisk weapon level is non sensical and would be ridiculous balance ...

Anyway you should add more mod info, how to craft it what options are there to tweak craft recipes etc etc GL ^^

@kasra9400 I havent used it, but perhaps do that the damage when its unspoiled its mediocer, but when it gets spoiled it becomes a little stronger than a Hambat

Just a suggestion/request: could you make it so that there's no sanity drain for monster characters? Obviously, there's only Webber in the main game, and I don't know how easy/difficult is it to make it so that the weapon can recognize other monster custom characters, but it does feel weird that Webber (at least) has his sanity drained for weilding a weapon, made of meat that he himself can comsume with no drawback. Just a thought
