Yeah, but we already have two eagles-on-Soldier's-same-shoulder miscs.

Besides that, War Changer and Deep Cover Operator are two different miscs in terms of design. The DCO is inspired by Big Boss/Solid Snake, and has brown hair and a camoflague bandana.

This one is inspired by an older version of the main protagonist Solid Snake as seen in MGS4, and therefore has old hair and a larger and blacker bandana. This misc also has an "old face" misc as seen in the set this is in to be even more cool.
