I dunno if I can even contact the developer anymore at this point and tbh I'd rather not bother him for the cards that're blurry, even though that would help. I think I asked enough out of him just to post the game to the workshop on top of whatever else he helped me with.
I think there might be a setting to set the cards to use the full-size textures and look less blurry, but I forget which setting that is. Besides that I can't help any further.
So I should do any special manual setups prior to pressing start. Thanks I will be trying that next time I play the game. Thanks again!
Example: Since the Time Deck is formatted to use the new Deity deck, please read the new Deities of Time ruleset for more information related to those rules.
More on the Time Deck actually, you'll want any cards either chosen from the Deity Deck or at random per player extracted from it manually then put back into it once you hit the "Start" button.
I hope this helps to clear some stuff!
I noticed during setup when pressing start that there are only 8 dungeon tiles to draw from (should there be 9 plus start card out?) and the time deck is only 9 cards instead of 10.
Please let me know if I have this wrong but I think there's one missing in each upon setup. I am happy to just add an extra card to both.
I recommend playing with the up-to-date rules for the Time Cards and Dungeon Building mechanics and just removing decks you don't feel like playing with, just so you don't need to build a huge dungeon and have to mess with too many cards.
The Time cards don't want to re-stack when a single card gets isolated. What I frequently have to do is, stack a single card on top of the isolated single card and THEN the two cards will re-join the rest. I can't ever get a single time card to rejoin the draw pile.
Thanks for working on it, because I cannot finish a game in one-sitting most of the time.
I you have to hit "Start" when you reload a game?
I then reinstalled it.
I booted up a fresh game of QFtLP.
The first thing I did was draw a monster card and then discard it.
I got the error. :(
In fact, I NEVER touch the decks, except to draw off the top.
