But if you have them modded and\or visited already, than trader will not be present in it. I personally looking for solution to actually rework this mod locally for myself to use building materials and water to plant, because travel around the world to find the city where I wasn't before is way too much for a just visual content.

Try Kenshi's data check.
Also, if you are using a MOD that changes the texture, check that too.
I figured it out, when I put in line construction more than two objects (trees), the game is going to crash. construction of one object is proceeding normally.
I checked the mod but did not find a crash.

Which is the name of the tree that causes your crash?
Kenshi 1.0.34 keep crashing game everytime, when i try to build any trees from mod :(
