you forgot to add ".effect" for mark for death in the .info file, as such mark for death isn't working properly and applies neither mark nor debuffs.

In my game Mark for Death no longer applies the -PROT debuff to the marked enemy. Is that intended?

Yes, but that is an improvement. It was increased by 5% by this mod. In the base game caltrops do -95% damage (ie. the bounty hunter's overall damage is 8-16, caltrops does 10% of this). This is just the damage of the initial hit, the bleed is always the same.

does damage increased by -90% mean it was reduced by 90%?
