The issue was that the author of Expanded Stellaris Traditions renamed his interface file to zzzz_topbar_traditions_view.gui (for some reason)
And mine was just called zzzz_magnum_expanded_stellaris_traditions_traditions_view. Stellaris sorts the files alphabetically and in this case last one wins. So my mod was no longer replacing his, but the other way around. Added a couple of more z's ;)

Should also mention the traditions overlap and make selecting some of them impossible. May need to add a scroll option to get to them.

There seems to be a bug that pile the 35 into a small window with the traditions in rows of 4. Possible due to the update in the UI.

I think that is a base game bug, i was having the same problem and still had it sometimes without any mods

There is a bug where the district disappears in this mode... Energy, food, and mineral districts disappear.
