there is some new ships who come from fan made extension BFGRX with grand cruiser and there are all ready (in theory) for use with rdav's fleet command mk2 for epic battles ^^

Man, I was thinking I was going to have to claw my damn eyes out and make my own ships, now I can crusade through space and purge heretics in style! Thank you my good sir, The kits, ships, and batterys are very high quality, while also preserving PCU limit, and not making my computer burst into flames. They look like Imperium ships, so I applaud you for your great work, your great idea to make them, and your authenticity to the look while not killing my computers processor! :D

I guess it helps that I have almost all the models physically present so I can eyeball the proportions correct without distortion caused by fov settings in BFG:A etc... That said there are still great compromises as going too anal about proportions means it's gonna make things jaggy and ugly. Not to mention the goal of low PCU for these sets. Still, you have no idea how much comments like yours cheers me up, thank you :)

I just wanted to fly BFG cruisers around hehe! I loved the game since I was a kid and your designs were the most accurate to the TT I could find to build off from. I suck at building from scratch, but have an eye for detail. Empyrion's gone through some nice updates of late, though if there's something better then it and SE, I'm definitely looking forward to that! I really wish someone would make a decent sandbox game in the 40k universe though. Good luck with your future designs. Your work has certainly inspired me, thank you!

I'm flattered. Must have been a painstaking process replicating a grid so accurately from SE into Empyrion! Dare I say yours looks better though! I have no interest in hopping off of SE since Empyrion is basically just the same as SE, too used to this. Once StarBase comes out then I'll be jumping ships ;)

https://www.artstation.com/artwork/OVRQk I would actually suggest the United Empire shipsets out of all of them (or possibly Vaultrs) because of their strong use of hard lines & imposing geometry. Lot less of a hassle to capture than Sophon or Horatio designs!

Thank you! I don't have those games unfortunately so it's hard to get reference material. Those games do have some amazing soundtracks and ships so it is tempting.

Some of the best damn ships I've ever seen on the workshop. Considered giving the ships from Endless Space 1/2 a go? They've got lovely species shipsets that I feel would translate really well into Space Engineers.

but if you want to have my vote on that
go for the space marine faction with those variation of the Battle Barge
or the variation of Ark Mechanicus (because it basically a factory and a warship at the same time)

@Thelegend450 You do know that Imperial Navy, the subfaction I said was complete is just that, a subfaction? IN Battleships, battlecruisers, destroyers etc for IN are in the collection in the setups and appearance just as they are in the original rulebook/models for Battlefleet Gothic, Nothing is missing unless you count the Armada expansion ships beyond the battleships in the collection. Trust me I know, I own a lot of them and have been playing it for years before Armada.

Space Marines and Adeptus Mechanicus are two totally different hull designs from IN, even though AdMech very heavily borrows from the Imperial Navy in general hull layout.

i mean, there still Battle Cruiser, Destroyer, Grand Cruiser, Strike Cruiser (those one are basically scale down version of the Battle Barge), Battle Barge, Ironclad ship, Ark Mechanicus, eternal crusader mobile chapter fortress (a bigger Battle Barge) and so on
so maybe it will be a good thing to finish the Empyrium of Man ship before passing to a other faction

My requests for more wh40k stuff: Eldar ships, Necron ships, Tau ships and adeptus mechanicus ships please. Love your mork m8!

Really nice! Feels like the real deal. But they are really hard to manouver. The chaos ships are a bit underpowered.

Too broke to buy BFGA2 atm... So I'm just building these instead. Doesn't help that my irl buddy who used to play the tabletop witht me hasn't had any interest in it for a while. Gotta have my BFG fix somehow ;)
