@Arsonaught I think all the combine and metropolice are set around 40-60 HP unless you've got different skill cfg or your own LUAs changing them. Pretty sure your values would kill just about every humanoid with one shot.

50-165 damage = conventional combat against normal enemies. (100-200 HP enemies)
180-230 damage = non-conventional combat against stronger, tougher ad higher HP enemies. (350-500+ enemies)
