I was kidding about McBombi. He was the original author of the OBJ model I used for this and had nothing to do with the porting to SFM. he would not have been able to help you.

Glad you found the solution to the problem, because my next question was going to be "Is Workshop turned on?"

I figured out all my problems, before I did "Launch SDK" to get into SFM instead of "Launch Souce Filmmaker". Now I ticked the first option and did what you did in the tutorial and it works flawlessly.

Who the heck is McBombi??

When you downloaded did it ask if you wanted to replace materials? If so, did you select YES TO ALL? If you clicked NO the model won't work. UnSub, launch SFM and let the iles clear, then resub and wait for the all files downloaded, if you get a Replace materials prompt, select Yes to All. I don't know of any other models using this model name though.

Anythng is possible, but unfortunately I'm not into porting to other games yet. This model doesn't have hit boxes or collision boxes, which are required for GMod.

No, you can animate her all you want, she just doesn't have any embedded sequences.

There are already a ton of them out there. You just have to look for them (GMod)

There are a lot of unknown bones in this model, I thought I had told ppl how to bring them in to the known are. Check the facehugger the instructions might be there.

You don't have to do anything with this model, it will download and put itself into SFM straight from the workshop. All you have to do is set up like this picture...

Oh wait a minute... This was uploaded before the workshop folder was the way the workshop stuff was delivered. You should find it under Steam\SteamApps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop\models\ugc\76561197967784786\xenoqueen

Wait, you mean in your workshop game directory? Just search for it and make sure you aren't running it with the "-nosteam" line so it can download updates.

There are many xenomorph packages available through Garry's Mod and GameBanana that work fine in SFM. I'm not about to reinvent the wheel. The queen wasn't available, so now she is.
