when you subscribe the mod is downloaded. you just have to launch the moddable version to to apply the content you've just downloaded you restart the game, then the mod is installed and enjoy it! :D

there's a way to apply a mod/addon to the game manually, but not via workshop. if you download from the internet a .gro file (Serious sam content file) you can place it in the folder Steam/steamapps/common/Serious Sam HD The Second Encounter/Content/SeriousSamHD_TSE/ and it goes automatically. :spycon:

note: when the update is finished the game ask you to restart for using new contents, you may press "Yes", the game will restart and Charizard will appear in multiplayer character list.

just open the moddable version of the game and the update goes automatically. Do not have to download any file, steam does it for you :)
