2025, whats going on ?

Hey guys, I wouldn't recommend downloading this mod until it gets updated. this mod makes footsteps silent. I removed all of my mods and narrowed it own to this one.

The necklaces for the first set of armor crafted from fiber has a missing texture for some reason. In the previous mod this was not an issue but it is corrupted.

I had a suggestion for this mod about the materisals that the weapons and armor are made out of. First of all, I think this mod is awesome fits the Bronze Age setting of the Hyborian Age better than any other mod. But instead of converting steel into basalt, could you instead make tier three iron and tier four (which is hardened steel) regular steel? Having the highest tier items be iron or steel instead of hardened steel would make this mod much more immersive.

Hey! Love this Mod! Would it be possible to make a standalone Version with just the Placeables/Buildings & Clothes? (or a setting to toggle the other changes?) The overhaul stuff really messes with the other Mods im using, so I sadly cant use the Items from this mod :(

Just a bug report - the gear's great, but some of the things you can sit on or in seem to just give the default 'sitting in a chair' pose. Then, when you leave, your camera's wonky. (I tried loading this without any other mods and still had the same issue.)

Some great stuff here, but it needs some work. And the epics restored. Too many recipes for the amount of limited knowledge points. I really like what you have, please continue to work on this.

Druidic set is superb would be cool seeing a pure tribal decor n building mod.

Is there a possibility that the new build sets could be released as a standalone mod without the overhaul aspects?

Not many comments lately. After hours of uninstalling mods, I found out this mod makes the NPC's vanish as soon I kill them. It's just POOF! and they are gone. It's too bad. I really like what you've done here.

ok, i got frustraighted and removed ALL my mods except this 1

It STILL had the "Crude Armor" feat removed from the feats list. Could only see it in the Admin panel.

Same problem as Cailic7, most feats were not showing up in the feats panel. I had to go into admin and search to verify they were indeed in the game. Like 90% of all the "Crude" feats were hidden.
I wouldn't mind trying this sometime though on a clean game with few other mods.

This mod does NOT play well with others.

I love the loincloths in this mod. Not only do they look good, but the stats allowed me to wear them and still survive. Unfortunately, this mod reeked havoc with many of the feats in game. Many basic feats were missing. So, unfortunately, I had to remove it. I would like to see a mod with just the loincloths with the 300+ armor ratings. They made up for the other, low armor rated items I wear.
It may not be lore friendly, but I don't care. It's a game, and I like my character to look good as I slaughter everything in sight.

(I am not good at this, so read the next three post in reverse order)

One last note; I have had conflicts when trying to run this with a few other mods. Most work fine, but I have seen cases where I crafted one thing, and received another, so I'd recommend running this with very few other mods.

So you need (well, if you're like me) to add a mod after, that gives tops. So I use "Immersive Armors" and "Barbarism and Armors" which seem to work fine if loaded after. I just have to limit myself manually to things like the jungle shaman set. If you're hung up on doing journey steps, you'll get stuck on "Wrap You Wounds" on Siptah or "Create an Improved Work Station" in the Exiled Lands. In all fairness, the author is probably focused on their own server, but this is where I ran into minor issues. It can all be worked around, however, and it's totally worth the effort. This is almost a different game, with a whole new set of challenges. I can't recommend this mod enough. It's a work of art, and deserves the attention of anyone who might appreciate this type of thing. (continued)

Review: Ignore anything you read about this mod not working. That's old. This mod work great as of December 2020, and it is more than awesome if you want a primitive type game. The author did an outstanding job of recreating a much more realistic crafting system, and it makes way more sense than being able to make forges and craft metal from scratch (let's face it, how many people could do that?) It's beautifully done, with specialized primitive stations that allow you to advance through the same basic stages of iron-steel-hardened steel-starmetal, but with different names (stone-hardened stone-strong stone-obsidian, etc.) and modified requirements. There are a few caveats; they disabled a lot of things for their own server, which I won't argue, but which might not be exactly what everyone wants. For example, I love boobs (who doesn't?), but there are no tops at all once this mod is installed. (continued)

Hi!

After installing this mod it seems NPCs have very low health and I can kill them in 1-2 hits wwith a level 7 character. Sever settings for damage/combat are vanilla.

Just for info, I found out this does not play well with Exiled Lands Improved. When I go into the search function of my feats menu, the game crashes to desktop. I discovered this the hard way and figured I would post for others to know.

There's definitely something wrong with the feats since the last update to the base game. This is a great idea for a mod though, and I've tried doing a similar thing for various Bethesda RPGs (though I'm not sure I'll ever get around to publishing anything)

Big problem. Hard rock requires a blacksmith bench, but it's actually not possible to obtain a blacksmith bench.

Just found this mod and have the pleasure of being on a server with the mod creator. I cannot say this enough, this mod is amazing. I adore it and wish everyone would give it a try because it has a lot going on and brings great fun to the game.

I'm hoping you can shed some light on a problem I am having. I've got a dedicated server in my home I am trying to use this on but it does not show up in the mods list. The mod number is in the server's field, I've manually copied the files to the Steam workshop folder for this game, and even manually added the file path to the mods text file. But it will not show up or the server locks on launching; even odds on what happens. There are no other mods; I'm trying to get this working first. The server launches fine with no mods. At this point I'm at a loss of what to do.

Everything works great in a single player game, even after the last update.

How about the old version is it still working as it's standalone?

I agree with Wanderheart. A separate mod for the building materials would be great.

You know for a more primitive look, the first level loincloths should/could be front only, exposing the back half

Ach, never mind I was bein dumb, and hadn't figured out how to find the armoring skill, though that seems like a potential UX issue.

That being said I did spy some rather noticeable seams on the womens dark barbarian loincloth, at least the light version, around the waist where the lower body model meets the torso as well as along the insides of the thighs. I'm not running any other mods atm since I was working this one out, so it's not coming from a non-vanilla character model.

It's a bit of a pity because it look fantastic otherwise. Thanks for the hard work and I'm looking forward to seeing more.

I've downloaded this since it's totally my aesthetic, but atm I'm wondering how the equipment is supposed to advance since I don't seem to have access to the Armor Crafting bench.

@Bjorn Von Steinn there is a stand alone version for the armors it's called Primal Armors

@Icemaster310 this is a total conversion mod, you already have Primal Armors for the armors, which intime I will update with the new loin-cloths. the building sets .. if there's enough demand for them I will release a seperate mod for them.. for now, there not fully complete.

@Taffinoz12 I don't know how to do physic's yet in Unreal, once I do. I'll give em' all a natural feel.. for now, I feel it's not crushing immersion completly.. the lower and raising of foundations works fine for me.

Hi Shareih. Liked this mod from early days. I have noticed that there is no physics in the loin cloths, also I can not raise or lower foundations before placing them.This may be caused by other mods I am using, mainly QOL mods. Keep this mod up its great.
