@Miesha That is completely correct. No worries, I'm using a git repo, so I can track the vanilla changes :)

The issue here is with how Paradox changed "any_planet" to "any_system_planet" in 2.2.3 The former is now for galactic scale. Megastructures before 2.2.3 used "any_planet" to refer to a surveyed system for compatible planets, but with 2.2.3's change, it now accidentally needs the entire galaxy to be surveyed before "any_planet" is fulfilled. Changing "any_planet" to "any_system_planet" in the mod files should solve this issue.

@athreon i've had that issue too and this mod is listed as outdated for 2.2.3 but i also found a way to fix it sorta so the issue seems to be that the black hole system is surveyed but isn't? which is weird but as i was really far into the game all systems surveyed i used the console and typed survey which then let me build the matter decompressor in every blackhole that i previously couldn't build in as that finally completed the survey, not a great workaround but hope this helps. If you're in iron mode... welp

Is it possible that this is the mod preventing me from building matter decompressors on Black Holes? Trying to narrow down the search, and this is the only one I can think of that might be causing this.

I was aware of the star requirement but assumed this mod would allow multiple constructions on the same star. My apologies! Thanks for the clarification.

Both of them have the requirement to be build around a star. If you only have one star in a system you cannot build both. Would that be an explanation?

I'm having an issue where I can't build an Insterstellar Assembly in my capital system after first building a Sentry Array - not sure if this is a bug or even at all related to this mod but I figured I'd let you know just in case. :)
