"ANNOYING VOICES MAKE ME ANGRY! KILL EVERYTHING RAAAAH!" -a totally unrelated pawn who just had a mental break due to being annoyed by johnny saying hi.
"ARE THOSE... SCARS? NNNGH IMPERFECTION IS UINACCEPTABAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALE!" -A crazy pawn of some kind of yellow xenotype?
These and more bothered me more than they should have. Mostly because they could easily be enough to tip a pawn from just disliking another into them consistently causing problems.
Edit: forgot to say thanks, was too busy making funny quotes. So, you know. Thanks for making these good qol mods.

@Killaim: Thanks for your interest. I have only made a small change to the value. To write something more complicated would take more time than I would want to invest. Although, it is a really good idea.

the face scar sounds good.
but. are there not different size scar penalties?, because a cool looking simple scar is "kool" but a messed up face with criss cross scars deforming the face is not kool.

there is a point where a scar turns from "kool" to "eeeww"
