@Cougarmint - That is certainly accomplishable; I'll see to get that working on the next patch, probably; Although NPCs can be less predictable than players.

I've noticed that this spell works on NPCs, but only if they are stationary to begin with. If they are already moving than it doesn't work. Is there a way you can fix it so that it works on NPCs, or is this a "root player only" spell?
