If people understand that they live in architectural treasure, the class of these building may be rather L5. But in reality people with money (L3) and more destroy these buildings and constryct ugly cottage monsters. In the beginning of XX century in these type of houses especially in provincial towns lived russian middle class, than, after revolution and WW2 these kind of buildings become houses for worker and other people and now they are basically buildings for poor people

Really nice work from you ( checked collection ). One thing I would like to say is that, IMO, these type of cheap houses are too overlevelled to be at L3. At L3 are average wealth people, and in my understanding only low class live in these, so should be L1 or maybe L2, right?

These houses are very nice, they add a lot of character to my city. Can you add information about tri count, texture size and LOD to the description?
