This could in theory be used to achieve the opposite effect yes? I like quick games on huge mod maps for the fast past pace but the size of the map still makes the game take a good amount of turns, the only problem is how often the WC wants to meet up on quick so I usually use a mod that reduces the build times of marathon.
Gonna try this instead.

To anyone still using this mod and are confused about getting it to work for epic and marathon games, you can easily change the values in the xml file and its x2 that number for epic, and 3x for marathon. Hope that helps for anyone still playing in 2024 lol

@rickwrd if you can find the mod files you can actually do it pretty easily. Just change the value in the XML line to your desired amount.

@seriouscraft you can also rename military units when you level up, and you can rename your civilization and leader before you start the game in the options

why would you want world congress to occur more often? it sucks ass

I don't know if this mod causes it, but I get a crash when it is processing AI turn after I've assigned my first delegates. It usually processes the turn for the Aztecs and then on the second AI, Venice, it crashes. Any ideas?

Seeing that the other mod modifies the dll it is the stronger candidate. Like you said, these mods may just not be compatible.

'World congress resolutions' Not sure if either of these two mods are truly causing me the problem though. I just know that I turned them both off and my game isn't crashing anymore. Maybe they don't work together?

I like to play on epic and I do get impatient with the time it takes for world congress to start so I like the idea of this mod. I'm not sure if the mod is working properly or not (it could be world congress 2 that's messing things up and not this). After so many turns my game will crash? Not sure if it's one of these two mods that's causing this.

This mod looked awesome, but it screws up my diplomacy so even if ive met a civ, it dosent show up in the drop down menu, and i cant talk to them by clicking on one of thier cities. I have BNW and no other mods that would interfere with this one.

I can understand why there is such a gap between voting for marathon, but I believe this mod will truly shine once modders add more resolutions to the game.
