I have been using this tacting for awhile and to be honest it works and i won alot !!! so thanks!
But the only problem i have is mye players is getting too many yellow cards.. is there any way u can help me with that. I dont want to have 5-6 players of my team getting yellow cards almost in every match.
Its crazy how i still manage to win when alot of my players must stand over matches because of suspension. But if the changes is made and it effects the tactic then i rather get those yellow cards hahahaha.

Definitely my fav tactic, but...NOT working against higher level team: I'm currently playing w AC Milan (nice defense, strong midfield and attack) and lost home games against Juve, Lazio, RB Leipzig (UEFA CUP) and random games against Parma and Rome. ALSO, I'm not scoring any single free kicks...I've changed the kicker 3 times and all free kicks are missed: how's that?!?? Most of goals scored and conceded in the last 10mins of the games. Nice but very frustrating.

Could never get this formation to work unfortunatly, tried with both Liverpool and Forest Green. Perhaps a lack of suitable players for the advanced wide positions.

Update on my Hamburg save. Wow. Thank you so much. i just won the 2 Bundesliga, hoping for a mid table Bundesliga finish with only a £10m transfer budget. I signed only a few players but sold many unneeded ones. The season was off to an expected start but then in September I got on a winning streak which saw me into the UCL spots early on. I kept going and going, and I couldnt believe it, in December I entered the winter break in 1st position ahead of a crazy Bundesliga table lol, with Mainz, Dortmund and Hoffenheim chasing the title. I made no changes in January window. Come the end of the season, my pokey little mid table promoted team had won the Bundesliga with 70 points!! This tactic is absolutely amazing. Now I believe I could win the Premier League with Torquay United using this haha. Unbelievably good, dont know how you made this gem but it's a beast. Thanks a lot!!

@kk slyder - your welcome mate, it's a shame that some people choose to slag me off and say my tactic is crap, though being one of the most downloaded and popular tactics on the steam workshop prove otherwise, obviously some are just not made to be a manager haha. Thank you so much for this tactic. Used it religiously all season in my Hamburger SV save. Predicted 2nd place, finished 1st and broke what the game tells me is the 2 Bundesliga points record of 76 points!! I got 82 points in 34 games and had 57 goal difference, 21 points ahead of Paderborn in 2nd. Will defo use this again for my mid table Bundesliga challenge next season. Unbelievable tactic, again thanks so much. :D

@Joachim - of course, mate, but don't be afraid to tweak the tactic to your team needs also, I even have Attacking Fielders on the left and right of Attack and it works brilliantly. I'm not only saying the tactic has to stay the same, you can change it slightly to your advantage though I can not honestly be sure on the outcome, some people in the comments have said they did this and that and it made things better and worse so... its up to you really

So are saying that it dosent matter waht roles they play as long as the tactic stays the same?
ive been trying to buy players that can fit the with the tactic and players that can play in those posistion and roles but still lost some games. If u say so i guess i can try.

@Joachim - to be honest I have never lost a game in such a large score, I'm not saying that to defend my tactic, I would say I've lost some 3-2 or 2-1 and that's about it, but 5-4 haha wow, what a comeback :P

All I can say is tweak the tactic to match those players you have OR get the players to fit the tactic well. Have you tried my other tactics? got a more sturdy defensive one here: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1719762261 and there is an attacking version of it too.

First season with inter i ended up in 2nd in serie A, reached semi final in champions league and won the italian supercup. Yes with this tactic it went very well.

But this happen too often, I was winning by 4-2 and somehow in the last 20 minutes left of the game i lost 4-5 .... how is that even possible... this happen too often sometimes it ends in draw 4-4. I need some tips and help.

1st game won 7-4, next game i had 3 red cards and lost 2-0 *5/5 :))

Can I change the specific role of every position's player? Like changing the Advanced Forward to Compete Forward.... Will that make any differences???? Thank you.

@Kevin - isn't that a natural thing the AI does such? lol... Don't just use one tactic, use others too, that way you have other options and not only 1.

My stikers just dont score, only my MD's or my defenders. What should i change?

dunno if its just me but tactic works fairly well except my strikers dont seem involved in games at all, midfield and defemce pop up with the odd goal but its rare a striker scores and they usually get ratings of like 6.2. tried in 3 leagues with same situation

Get tons of yellow and red cards... If I switch off the "tackle more" instruction, then I conceed more goals...how's that?

@Fucker_Man85 - you do know that FM opposition teams will get to know your tactics at some point and then counter it? this is a point when you should have more one tactic being used. Try switching around tactics and rotating them a bit. :)

Been using this tactic for just over half a season. Went great first half but now I just can't stop conceding late goals. Lost a 3-1 lead to 3-4 in the 93rd minute to last place Carlisle. Just dropped 2-1 to 2-2 in the 89th minute. Don't know what to do
