Subscribe to the workshop item
Then when starting a new game, click "Load Map" instead of "New Map" and select this from the list.

Umm, you say Turf Zero here, but in game it says it WON`T spawn cities

I used to play on a minecraft which was similar, it's such an amazingly cool map though. Quite Accurate as well!
