Technician achievement doesn't work. I'm not sure about the others though.

I'm not sure, there may be a certain amount of coins needed for a level to be "legit" and be able to get achievements on it but for now I'd consult with the devs on the forums since I have no way of being any more help to you. It could just be a bug?

Try adding a coin and trophy so it "finishes" the level and the escape option is available

Don't have to use the wrench on the car just have to only ever pick up a wrench in a mission no shotguns, smgs, smokebombs etc.

So that's taking a wrench, go to the car and use your wrench to get in the car, right?

Technician means you can ONLY use a wrench in the mission, no other equipment :P

Tried using the wrench on the security guards as well as on the car. No Technician achievment. Maybe if you give us multiple wrenches with a bunch of different things to use them on?

Play it again Sam is a secret achievement and I think it will actually work in its current form.

But I wonder why Technician doesn't work... According to the achievement description, you should just finish the mission with a wrench. Did you try using the wrench on the car? Maybe you need to use the wrench at least once, so on the car should then work.
