@opitzsandrah BRUH. The first model of a Mark tank was made in 1916 and was used in the Battle of Somme [Mark I]. Mark V, was made in 1918 and it was a huge innovation, as the tank was lighter and you did not needed 4 people to steer it (only 1). Then in 1918/1919 there was Mark VI, an experimential tank more smilliar to A7V then Mark V. Then, from what I know, the Mark tank line stopped, as there was more modern tanks, like Reno FT.
