this doesnt work. It removes slanty shanty from city planning and does not let you renovate. please fix.

It seems that, when you pull up the menu in a cave, it gives no options. Do I need to completely clear out the ruin/cave before I can place anything, or is it a bug?

Was working when i first downloaded, theres been no game updates and no mod updates but it suddenly started crashing everytime i select something in the build menu not sure why when it was working before and nothing has changed.
I would post the log entry but steam says it's too long sorry.
