Give me a skin that fits the defib and I'll make it. As I said previously, I can't art. I didn't even art this, I just took the original L4D1 mod I found on gamebanana and made it available in the Workshop.

The texture used for the medkit in this addon wouldn't work for the defib, for the simple reason that the defib is completely and totally different. It's a trapezoidal prism shaped machine with paddles, not a rectangular prism shaped backpack with bandages.

it is just fine if it looks like this and then make a defib of red mushroom one so you can have more subs and such'scinsierly russames

If someone wants to make a 1UP themed skin for the defib, I will be happy to do the work of actually making the addon. I'll even make the actual texture, all I need is a drawing of a defib that somehow incorporates the 1UP mushroom that doesn't suck.

You obviously don't know anything about modding. Making the defib be a mushroom would be HARDER than giving the defib a mushroom skin, because a skin just means designing a texture, whereas making it into a mushroom means creating a new model, making a skin for it, making new animations for the survivors when they use it....
