You have my permission to create your own personal version, but unless you're adding or changing a significant amount of code (i.e. not just changing values, but adding fully fledged features) you don't have my permission to upload it publicly either on the workshop or elsewhere.

They should be disabled by the mutation, other script addons might cause the glows to show up.
