I dropped 2x Seismic Slam I. I used one of and removed it than i didn't use 2nd one again while in game. But when i quitted to menu and re-entered the game i could use it. It works like this :)

Let me know if you still have issues. It shouldn't do that. Note what spells are doing it, could be something wrong with the coding. If all the spells are doing it, it could be something conflicting with synergies as well. Glad you like the mod!

Dude, tried 3-4 spells (i'm just 16 lwl now) and i didn't use lwl 2 spells (for same spells). I'll try medium version of u'r mod now. I hope it'll work.

P.S.: This mod is great.

Is that with all spells or one in particular?

Spells works on Synergies but when u remove lwl 1 spell, u can't use same higher lwl spell again while slot is free.

Takitianoo, no you will have to exit the game and unclick it from your mod list then restart the game to remove it.
