Try adding it with SEtoolbox. It's a potential workaround if your PC doesn't like adding planets in game.

If you want I can give you the revised files for you to take a look or you can extract them from the re-upload I made on the workshop (called Orthos Prime Planets) while I was trying to fix my server (I credited you and all other affiliated modders). Ore on this version uses the heights and depths found in DeepOre, so I wouldn't directly use my files to update anything on yours if I were you.
Your modded planet is the only one I've had isues with, Rexxar/Doctor Oc's all converted fine.
